We've seen fireworks on the sand dunes of the Outer Banks, over the Diamond in Richmond, and from a boat on Seneca Lake...all were fabulous! But each year, I missed being with family to celebrate such holidays as the fourth. This year, we watched fireworks on the 3rd in the rain with sweatshirts on and umbrellas up...and on the fourth, we watched neighbors setting off fireworks in their back yards...not the glamour of past fireworks, but we were with family! And that makes it grand!
