Matt and the kiddos picked the apples off our early harvest tree last weekend. So this week has been all about apples. We pulled out our peeler/slicer/corer and have made .... apply jelly, sliced apples in freezer for baking, canned apple pie filling, apple pies, and baked oatmeal with apples. We are blessed with this backyard harvest!
