Our one freezer is FULL of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, peaches and more! Even though gardens have struggled this year, fruit has been abundant. We've been blessed to pick and freeze QUARTS of fruit this summer. And I'm blessed with a husband, children and mom who all pitch in on this endeavor to pick our food locally and preserve it for winter feasting.
