I am tickled to announce that I finished Grace's birthday dress this afternoon! And I am absolutely thrilled that I was able to make the dress from scraps of material found in mom's or my bin and a repurposed table cloth ... I only bought the zipper and bias tape (about $4 total) ...
...and here is the finished twirl dress for my sweet girl who loves her Raggedy Ann doll!
