Matt and his dad are thrilled to have both gotten bucs this first day of deer season. Looks like I'll be able to make this jerky! And I'll be needing to find some good venison recipes. Do any of you have a yummy way for cooking venison?

My dad always butchered it into squares and wrapped it in bacon before broiling it. So yummy!
