I've been making a cooked breakfast one morning a weekend for our family. I tried this recipe from a friend for baked oatmeal yesterday morning. It was quite yummy!!
We added our new island to the kitchen yesterday morning. We took an old dresser that Matt's grandparents gave us ... sanded, primed and painted it, put casters on the bottom, changed out the handles to ones that match our kitchen cupboards, and last popped off the top replacing it with this custom made butcher block. I'm so excited with it!
And I'm thrilled that curtains for the kitchen area are finally in the works ...I've had the material since August ... I worked off an on yesterday and hope to finish the rest of the kitchen curtains today.
