Gingerbread Nativity

I bought this Nativity Gingerbread set (includes cookie cutters and recipes) two years ago after Christmas on clearance. Last year was crazy at Christmas time because we were moving into our house less than two weeks before Christmas. So this year, I was so excited to finally get to make this Gingerbread Nativity with our family. Grace and I mixed up the recipe and cut out all the pieces yesterday. We baked them as directed ... and some burned ... and they all stuck to the pan shattering when I tried to take them off. Poor Mary's head broke off. I was disappointed ... but we're going to try again ...
