Apples are ready early this year ... so pressing cider we went. We waited until after school so Nathan could join us. And he LOVED every part of it! Grace was more interested in eating the apples and hiding in the empty boxes. We ended up with 75 gallons of cider ... yep SEVENTY FIVE gallons. wow! We put 20 in our freezer and I canned a hadful plus we sold a bunch and are enjoying it fresh! Fresh pressed cider is so good!
