And today is applesauce making day! We are spending the day at my mom's going to town on applesauce. Grace and Matt picked apples from mom's trees this morning. Mom and I have been working away ... Nathan and Grace have been helping us crank the apples through the strainer. The current count is 50 qts ... and we are still going. I'm hoping to have 80 qts for us and mom wants some too!
